Package Your Items
Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
